Archive Studio is the studio name under which all work on this site is created.

 

You may see two different kinds of collars here:

 

Storybook Collars (Archive Studio)

Hand-illustrated engraved collars designed as narrative pieces and made for one specific dog.

 

Noodle Dog Collars

The original crystal and ready-to-ship collars many people first found me through. These are still handmade by me and built to the same construction standards, but they are not custom illustrated pieces.

 

Unless otherwise noted, the policies below apply to both.

Use & Safety

 

All collars are designed to be worn and used under supervision.

They are not designed for tie-outs, tethering, or unsupervised restraint.

 

By purchasing and using a collar, you accept responsibility for how it is used.

Archive Studio / Noodle Dog is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or neglect.

Repairs

 

These collars are made to last and are built with high quality materials.

Normal wear can still happen over time — a crystal may loosen, hardware may wear, or a component may eventually need service.

 

If something fails under normal use, contact me.

I am happy to repair reasonable issues whenever possible.

 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the studio.

 

(Repairs caused by chewing, tie-outs, water damage, or improper use may not be repairable.)

Returns & Exchanges

 

Storybook Collars (custom illustrated):

Final sale. They are created for one specific dog and cannot be resold.

 

Noodle Dog & Ready-to-Ship Collars:

Also final sale due to sizing and wear nature of pet gear.

However, if there is a workmanship problem, contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will make it right.

 

Please measure carefully before ordering.

Sizing Responsibility

 

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

If you are unsure about sizing, please ask before ordering — I am happy to help.

 

I cannot replace or refund collars ordered in the wrong size.

Orders ship after completion unless otherwise stated.

 

I am not responsible for postal delays, lost packages once marked delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
